This program guides selected Jasiri associates in all stages of investment creation from idea generation to business formalization. Jasiri is looking for highly motivated individuals with a track record of achievements and/or entrepreneurial actions who aspire to start a high growth venture.

Ideal candidate:

• You are driven and committed to building an innovative, high-growth venture from scratch.
• You have a demonstrable track record of entrepreneurial achievements and actions, meaning:
  • You can identify opportunities and gaps in a sector of interest.
  • You have a track record of success and impressive evidence wherever you focus your attention.
• You have significant insight and expertise in a field or industry.
• You are a team player and equally ambitious to meet founders.
• You are a citizen of Ethiopia, Kenya or Rwanda living in the relevant country or in the diaspora.
• You commit to fully and actively participate in the Talent Investor Program for 14 months, including 3 months of intensive residency in Rwanda.

Important note:

• Women entrepreneurs are highly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates living in the diaspora are also encouraged to apply.
• The Jasiri Talent Investor Program includes a mandatory 3-month residency in Bugesera, Rwanda.

Selection process:

• Step 1: Complete and submit Application
  • Applications will be reviewed periodically
• Step 2: Complete Evaluation of entrepreneurial intentions in 7 days.
  • Successful applicants will move on to the next stage, the innovation scenario evaluation link.
• Step 3: Complete Evaluation of the innovation scenario and send a Earth video
  • Successful applicants will go to the next stage, the psychometric test link.
• Step 4: Catch JasiriPsychometric test.
  • Successful applicants who pass the psychometric test will proceed to the next stage, the selection conference.
• Step 5: presence in Selection conference
• Final level: Announcing the winners.
  • Selected candidates should be notified of their acceptance into the program after the selection conference.
