The introduction of multiple learning modalities such as video and online learning has significantly improved employee engagement and facilitated the consistent global dissemination of Sims Limited’s key messages and strategic initiatives.
As of FY2022, Sims Limited employees have completed more than 130,000 courses through the Sims University Learning Center, showing significant usage and engagement each year.
