McDonald’s Australia offers more than 14,000 jobs across Australia – and anyone can apply for free.
Macca’s is looking for 14,150 crew members to fill positions at its 1,025 restaurants across the states (see full breakdown at bottom of page).

There are crew, barista, delivery, maintenance and management roles to suit all ages, experience levels and circumstances.
McDonald’s Australia Chief People Officer Emma Napoli said it was an amazing opportunity for Australians looking to make extra money.
“Whether you’re looking for your first job to get you through your studies, a casual role to bridge you into retirement, or a rewarding career in retail and hospitality, we’d love to hear from you,” said you.

McDonald’s offers nationally recognized and award-winning certifications in business, retail, foodservice and hospitality and invests more than $40 million each year in training and development initiatives.
Macca’s also offers crew and management training in areas such as leadership and team management.
“Many of our employees started their careers at Macca’s on the restaurant floor and later became restaurant managers, franchisees and executives in our main offices across the country,” said Napoli.
“We are proud to be one of the largest employers in Australia. In fact, we’ve given over 1 million Australians their first job!’
