The results created a compelling cohort of Canadian celebrities, from actors to athletes to advocates.

“We regularly celebrate the achievements of our scouting youth and volunteers with achievement badges for personal progress, leadership, outdoor adventure skills and more; there seemed to be a great opportunity to recognize Canadian public figures who reflect core Scouting values,” said Justin Chenier, Scouts Canada’s National Youth Commissioner. “Scouting gives kids a world of opportunity to find out what they’re great at, their ‘thing’. Not only have these public figures found their thing, but they have demonstrated admirable qualities that inspire Canadians.”
