HBMSU partners with Almentor to launch entrepreneurship initiative for Arab youth

Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) has announced the launch of a new program to empower entrepreneurs in collaboration with Almentor, a leading Arab platform for self-learning. The initiative will help strengthen the entrepreneurial skills of young Arabs, encourage them to pursue entrepreneurship and develop already existing startups.

Implemented by key entrepreneurship and management professionals in the Arab world, the training program will offer a set of specialized sessions through HBMSU’s Cloud Campus. The program will train entrepreneurs and build their skills in three different areas, namely successful management and operation of restaurants; design and manufacture of accessories; and digital painting and design. Learners in all three areas will be required to attend the general session titled “An Introduction to Entrepreneurship” before undergoing training in their specific area of ​​interest from the three specified tracks.

HBMSU Chancellor H.E. Dr. Mansoor Al Awar emphasized the importance of joint efforts to empower young Arabs by developing their entrepreneurial skills and abilities and providing them with the necessary means and tools to turn their ambitious ideas into successful entrepreneurial ventures in the field. . HE Al Awar also affirmed that HBMSU will continue its approach of building strong foundations to empower the youths and provide all technological enablers to ensure their access to optimal educational and professional opportunities. Furthermore, HE commended the collaboration between HBMSU and Almentor, stressing that the university looks forward to expanding areas of bilateral collaboration, in line with their shared commitment to developing ambitious and talented individuals, especially young people, all over the world.
