One of the most magical feelings in the world when teaching your child to read is seeing their eyes light up as you immerse them in the world of reading. There’s something incredibly numbing about being able to read a children’s book you’ve written to your child. Few of the populace can say they did this and we can only imagine how incredible this moment may be. The latest member of this small group to be able to do so is none other than Diane Kruger.

On September 16, Kruger uploaded rare pictures of her and daughter Nova, but these photos are a little more special because Kruger is reading her children’s book to Nova. She uploaded the photos with the caption ‘Read my daughter ‘A Name From Heaven’ for the first time ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Half done hahaha, she didn’t like the red shoes she’s wearing in the end 💆♀️ OCT 25 in the USA and GERMANY (your name).”

to her daughter Nova. While Kruger says her daughter was somewhat interested, she looks positively captivated by the book! We’re sure Kruger didn’t expect such a successful response (even if it was quasi-successful!)
But we’re also very excited that Kruger is releasing a children’s book in October.

Kruger and boyfriend Norman Reedus have known each other since 2015 after meeting on the set of the drama film heaven and a year after meeting, they began dating. Then, in November 2018, Kruger gave birth to their daughter, Nova, who is her first child and Reedus’ second child.
