5. Customer

Order processors, as the title suggests, are responsible for processing orders for products or services offered by the company. They handle customer information such as shipping details and receipts, and may also be responsible for notifying customers of shipping dates for potential delays.

They prepare and ship orders and are often responsible for filing paperwork.

To become an order clerk, you must have completed at least secondary school. You must also be incredibly organized, have proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software, and be a great and effective communicator.

Prior work experience is preferred but not always required and you can expect to earn over RM3,000 per month.
