Demand for experts in technology companies is at an all-time high and is expected to continue to rise through 2023. Higher salaries and competitive non-financial benefits like unlimited paid time off and travel grants are just some of the reasons people are moving into roles at tech companies. Consider the fact that with the rising cost of living, tech jobs come with an added layer of security from the post-pandemic proliferation of cloud-based platforms, and it’s easy to see why so many workers are migrating to the tech side. In fact, demand for tech pros increased 58% year over year.
